This year, the Blood Donor Mainali Award will be presented to 3 great achievers in the filed of voluntary blood donation movement in Nepal.

Arjun Prasad Mainali is the 115 times blood donor residing at New York. Mainali is also the president of International Nepalese Blood Donors.

Among the 9 applicants, Mr. Jeevan Basnet (President of Friends of Rh -ve), Mr. Niranjan Poudel (Youth For Blood) and Mr. Rajan Kandel (President of Club 25 Nepal) will be awarded with Rs. 50,000 each for their untiring effort to push the voluntary blood donation movement upwards to save lives.
